Structural Features
  • Capacity | The capacity of your body will always depend on numerous factors such as vehicle specs, weight distribution effects and allowable limits imposed by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator. The ‘Tough Tipper’ has a standard dimension of 4.8m Long and 1.1m High, these dimensions are optimum for most builds. However, the Any Type Team is able to adapt a build to meet any specification.
  • Design | The design of the Tough Tipper is unique and enforces a lasting professional appearance. The pressed sides and custom pressed coaming rails gives extra strength and forms an aesthetically appealing body.
  • Material | The Tough Tipper comprises of ASSAB’s 450 Grade Hardox plate and is pressed into Any Type Trucks unique design. This high grade material has proved to endure harsh conditions whilst still maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Mounting | The Tough Tipper is mounted in accordance with Australian Design Rules and certified under the National Code of Practice Vehicle Standard Bulletin 6 (NCOP VSB-6).
  • 2-Way Tail Gate | The Tough Tipper Range comes standard with a 2-way tail gate. This allows the tail gate to be swung out of the way to allow machine loading or tipping of large objects.
  • Side Access | The tipper includes a slide out ladder for access when required.

Operational Features
  • Hoist | The Tough Tipper can come with three main hoist variants: inner body, out of body and under body.
  • Controls | The standard controls for the Tough Tipper are electric over pneumatic operating a hydraulic valve. All controls are installed to National Code of Practice VSB-6 and Australian Standard AS1418.1
  • Lights | The Tough Tipper comes fully fitted to your chassis with LED tail and clearance lights fitted as per ADRs.
