The Platform — HINO FS2632 700 Series 6x4
The HINO 700 Series FS2632 is our preferred civil spec platform right now. It brings genuine Tier 1 readiness — EBS, VSC, AEB, LDWS, UNECE R29 cab rating — without the complexity or cost premium of European alternatives. For contractors who need a compliant, operator-safe asset that will run hard on site and keep running, it's a strong foundation.
The 320hp Hino A09C engine is well proven in heavy civil applications — reliable, serviceable, and backed by a national dealer network. That last point matters more than people think when you're 400km from the nearest city.
The Build — ATT WT30 Water Tank System
The tank on this build is fabricated from high-grade steel — fully baffled, structurally integrated into the body frame. Not a polyethylene tank dropped onto a tray. The baffling is designed to manage water movement on rough site access, which supports chassis stability under a moving load.
Spray configuration on this build includes a rear-mounted dribble bar and side sprays, suited to dust suppression on formed haul roads and access tracks. The pump system is PTO-driven — consistent flow regardless of battery state, simple to service in the field.
Every detail on this build — from the tank geometry to the plumbing layout — was worked through with the client before a single piece of steel was cut. That's how we do it.
