Key Body Specifications:

• Constructed with 450 Grade Plate for enhanced wear resistance

• 6mm Floor / 5mm Sides for increased durability

• Body length: up to 4.8 metres (subject to design constraints)

• Side height: up to 1.1 metres

• Optional internal tie-down points for secure load management

• Dual side access ladders (left and right-hand side)

• Two-way tailgate functionality

• LED clearance and tail lights

• Mudflaps and compliant markings in accordance with NCOP VSB 6 and ADRs

• Blasted and primed with Epinamel DTM Epoxy, finished in standard 2-pack white

Hydraulic & Operational System:

• Front mount hoist (alternative hoist options available)

• Integrated hose burst protection valve

• Truck and trailer hydraulic system integration

• Electric-over-pneumatic cab controls

• Raised body and tailgate alarms installed per NCOP VSB 6

• Subframe mounted with compliant body prop system (NCOP VSB 6)

Towing & Electrical Integration:

• Optional fabricated towbar with protective swing flap

• Trailer lighting integration

• Extended and mounted ABS system (cab chassis must be equipped)

• 50mm feeder-type coupling (alternatives available on request)

• Electric retractable mesh tarp (upgrade/downgrade options available)

• Cab-mounted aluminium crossbar with twin aluminium LED beacons

Installation Notes:

• • Includes Approved Vehicle Examiner (AVE) Certification in line with NCOP VSB 6

  • Integration with cab chassis operating systems (e.g. PTO setup, ECU programming) incurs additional cost

  • Cab chassis transmission must be compatible with tipper hydraulic system
