Product Description

The WT30 Civil Spec Water Truck Module is designed to deliver high-performance dust suppression and bulk water cartage in civil construction environments. Engineered for long service life, with a robust electric-over-pneumatic control system and integrated safety features, it sets the benchmark for operational reliability and class.

Tank Structure

• 14000L capacity (nominal)

• Fabricated in 6mm 350-grade steel or equivalent

• Internally baffled for fluid stability

• One 450mm roof-mounted manhole with internal safety grate

• Fully grit-blasted and coated with two-pack polyurethane finish

Pump and Fill Systems

• PTO-driven hydraulic centrifugal pump rated at 3500 LPM or more

• Three-Way Fill System:

  • Top fill funnel

  • Dam suction fill with inline mesh strainer

  • Hydrant fill pipe with integrated air gap for backflow prevention

• Front-mounted sight gauge with float indicator showing safe fill levels (SFLs)

• Full-drain valve setup for complete tank emptying

Spray Systems

• 3 x 3-inch camlocked interchangeable pressure sprays

• 25m 1-inch hose reel with adjustable nozzle

• 4-inch gravity dumps with interchangeable fan or dribble bars

• All sprays controlled by reliable double-acting pneumatic butterfly valves

• T-Rex Electric Water Cannon – Australian made

  • Joystick-controlled

  • 340-degree rotation and 60-degree elevation

  • Upgrades available to pneumatic or hydraulic cannon systems

Operations System

• Electric over pneumatic control system

• In-cab control panel with variable flow rate control

• Emergency stop switches fitted in-cab and externally (option to downgrade if not required)

Chassis Integration

• Subframe mounted in accordance with VSB-6 and NCOP

• Tank rear pin-mounted to allow for chassis torsion

• Front rubber mounting blocks, side guides, and load-rated anchor points

• Markings applied in accordance with relevant ADRs

Electrical and Lighting

• High and low-mounted ADR-compliant HELLA tail lights

• HELLA LED clearance lights

• Reverse squawker (audible warning)

• 2 x HELLA LED rear work lights

• 2 x HELLA rear-mounted amber flashing beacons

• 1 x HELLA front cab-mounted amber flashing beacon

• All wiring tinned, soldered, loomed, and heat-shrink sealed for durability and longevity
